Through rain, sleet or snow they deliver with a warm sense of sincerity! Great customer service in a time when such a intangible quality is hard to find. I sent an arrangement to family when the weather prevented me from being there in a time of need and Edible Arrangements went above and beyond, with constant communication, to make sure it was not only there in time but also prepared fresh and delivered beautifully.

I placed an order for a Fruit Basket to be delivered August 31, 2023. It was delivered with 2 hours. This Shoutout is for the Store Manager Ms. Racheal. She was very knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I will definitely keep her number and name in my contacts when I need to place another Edible Arrangement. Had rough start with the delivery due to the location being pretty out in the middle of farmland. But the manager Frank was very helpful and extremely willing to get the order delivered that day. Luckily he got it resolved and delivered. Frank was by far the best person I've dealt with in a long time in regards to customer service. If you want great service, go to this location.

I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and the box the came in was so nice! The strawberries were very sweet. I accidentally put the wrong date when ordering but the person over the phone at this location easily changed the delivery date for me. They were nice and had great customer service.

The edibles were unable to be delivered. The delivery person contacted me and he came back the next day. The person who received the get well basket was beyond happy. She loved the presentation and the fruit was delicious. She wanted to take a photo but the basket was so appealing she couldn't wait. I ordered from the Allentown Rd Store. The employee was very professional and provided excellent customer service so I decided to have smoothie. It was delicious. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements. Instead of a cake this year. I will get a birthday arrangement.

Great Customer Service, Very professional, the owner made feel very comfortable and welcome and also assist me in ordering a last minute gift for my little sister birthday. I would definitely plan on returning in the future for future occasions.

The customer service is great under new management! I ordered chocolate apples and ballon’s for my son’s birthday at school (apples are all he eats). He was so happy. Check out the pics.
